convention.  I didn't
get a chance to get a
picture with him until
DragonCon 2002.  A
very talented person,
I found him to be
very fan friendly and
eager to please his
fans.  A guest not to
miss.
Neelix  Diplomatic Officer/Morale Officer/Chef   Played by the jovial Ethan Philips, Neelix has
slowly progressed from an annoying nuisance onboard Voyager to the ship's chef and morale
officer. Neelix also advises the senior staff in matters of diplomacy, chiefly due to his experience
with Delta Quadrant species.
